Promote healthy choices and hospitality for the elderly by providing healthy nutritious snacks at the monthly sessions. Promote better and more consistent health care for the elderly by maintaining a data base of individual files that include health assessments, medical procedures, referrals and follow up to each person. Reduce risk of disease and sickness through assessment of the dietary needs of the elderly via individual consultation on a timely and ongoing basis. Provide information and assistance to the elderly on matters concerning healthy living through monthly educational presentations on common diseases and conditions, dietary recommendation referrals and assistance for follow up. Reduce poor nutrition and related illness in the neediest elderly through the home delivery of well or homebound elders by providing a warm nutritious meal twice weekly
Older persons have the right to decent adequate housing and to live in safe, healthy and accessible environments that can be adapted to their preferences and needs therefore we need to collaborate with other organizations to improve their homes by repairing or building ramps, fix minor repairs for their safety. We are depending on people who, we believe, also care about providing quality life experiences for the elderly in this poverty-stricken region. That is why we are calling on you for your assistance in this important effort. Please join our efforts to protect, heal, comfort, and encourage our elders by considering a donation to this campaign. Thank you in advance for your generosity... and May God reward you a hundredfold. Rosita Williams Mr. Jean Dinville
