Below the surface, the noise disappears. The world slows down. You breathe, you look around, and for a moment, there is nothing to worry about. Just blue water, life moving all around you, and the feeling of being exactly where you’re supposed to be.

That life is about to laugh a little more, love a little harder, and not spend our precious time worrying about things we cannot change.

And when the day comes to an end, look around and appreciate the view.
