A Visit That Inspires, 55 Years That Matter 💙

We were honored to welcome Ray Hoenkirk, Rotary District 4250 Governor for 2026–2027, from the Rotary Club of Belize Sunrise, to the Rotary Club of Orange Walk. His visit was a powerful reminder that when great minds come together with passionate teams, great things happen.

District 4250 spans Belize, Guatemala, and Honduras, and we are grateful for Governor Ray’s leadership, encouragement, and influence as we continue our commitment to Service Above Self. We wish him every success on his upcoming visits throughout the district.

This visit is especially meaningful as we celebrate 55 years of the Rotary Club of Orange Walk.

Imagine that, 55 years ago, when Belize was still British Honduras, our club was founded with a vision to serve. Since then, generations of Rotarians have given countless hours to making a difference. From surgeries and grants to playgrounds and bathrooms, the impact of Rotary continues to reach lives and communities.

To the members who served before us, those serving today, and those who will carry the torch tomorrow: thank you! To our community, our business partners, and everyone who continues to support our work: thank you for believing in what service can accomplish.

And to our new Honorary Members, welcome officially to the Rotary family, you've always been a part of us! May your passion for community continue to inspire action.

55 years of service is a milestone worth celebrating, but it is also a promise to keep going!

The good work continues.
The impact continues.
And the greatest things are yet to come.💙

The baton of leadership has been proudly passed on to a new President and her Board of Directors who will now serve the Orange Walk and nearby communities to the best of their abilities👷🏻‍♀️👷🏽‍♂️💪🏼👷🏽‍♂️👷🏻‍♀️.
Together, we remain committed to creating lasting change and living by Rotary's motto: Service Above Self 🟡⚙️🔵. This has been a very difficult year for us, but, in remembrance and to honor all those Rotarians who have laid the foundation and groundwork before us, we continue fighting the good fight✨🙏🏽. As we remain steadfast in our responsibility to serve, we would like to thank the Orange Walk community and Belize as a whole for the unwavering support, encouragement, and partnership throughout these years. You make every project, and by extension positive change, possible!
We would like to thank the PSCFA staff for hosting us and to Mr. Talls Exquisite Designs 🎊 for the beautiful decore and all those who worked arduously to make this event a success.
May this new year bring greater opportunities for all 🥂.
