Teaching hands-on classes, sharing sustainable food practices, and celebrating Belizean culture with different groups, this one being from a university in Georgia; brings me so much happiness.
I’m beyond proud to have hosted my 4th Culinary Adventure in Caye Caulker. From preparing fresh conch ceviche to tasting custard apple, mamey, and sapodilla, every moment was a reminder of how rich and beautiful our culture is. We enjoyed local treats like wangla, crafted our own tambran juice and sorrel, and sat down together for a heartfelt lunch.
More than anything, it felt incredible to be back home—surrounded by love, warm smiles, and kind words that truly filled my heart.
Home is where the heart is… and mine will always live in CC. ❤️
I’m so excited to continue growing these experiences, expanding the classes, and sharing even more of what I love.
