Group for girls only, ages 12 to 18 years who want to change the lives of adolescent girls, starting with themselves.
“As you are, as we are- together encouraging, teaching, and learning to make healthier choices as girls to become stronger as women.” The group provides a safe space for girls to interact with other girls, learn new skills, discuss challenges, learn life skills to empower them to grow both spiritually and intellectually. During club sessions girls will engage in fun activities, crafts, discussion sessions, and planning. The planning sessions allow girls to come up with ideas for fundraising to support the purchase of club materials, (snacks, T-shirts, craft supplies etc.) During the planning session girls will identify community initiative to be carried out during the year. The initiatives will focus on support and empowerment of other girls.
