THE CAVE OF ADULLAM MENTORING PROGRAM FOR BOYS
The Cave of Adullam's Mission:
To give fatherless boys a positive Christian male role models for the guidance they DESPERATELY need during their critical teenage years as they transition from a boy into a man. Not just one man, but a community of proven Christian mentors and role models who listen, accept, encourage and support teenage boys on their journey to becoming good men. No boy dreams of joining a gang, going off to prison, dropping out of school or abusing drugs and alcohol, yet MANY DO. The REAL problem is… 43% of teenage boys are growing up in a fatherless home. They need accountability they need a safe environment to share.
The Cave of Adullam Group Mentoring Program:
We serves middle and high school boys identified by school administration or relatives to be at-risk of educational and societal failure. Every week on Wednesdays-The Cave of Adullam mentors arrive at Honor and Glory Church grounds to offer boys:
* A community of mentors who listen, encourage and believe in them.
* A community where boys are empowered and encouraged to take responsibility for their choices.
* A community where boys see their peers are facing similar challenges, and they are NOT ALONE in their struggles.
GOD’S LIL PRINCESS (Our Ministry to young girls who have experienced abuse)
God’s Lil Princess Mentoring Program is committed to creating change and building the voices of young women. We envision a community in which every young woman is empowered to heal from being broken, make informed Biblical decisions, establish healthy relationships and be self-sufficient. Through mentorship, we nurture her goals, aspirations, and ambitions. We encourage her to flourish into her full potential.
