Today, we proudly celebrate 43 years of the Belize Red Cross Society as a National Society in its own right, 43 years of service, compassion, courage, and an unwavering commitment to humanity.
This anniversary is more than a celebration of an institution, it is a celebration of the people who have carried the Red Cross mission forward through the years. To every staff member, volunteer, Board member, branch leader, and supporter who has given their time, energy, skills, and heart to the Belize Red Cross, thank you!
Through hurricanes and other disasters, during times of hardship and in communities where help was needed most, you have stood ready to serve. You have provided a helping hand, a listening ear, lifesaving knowledge, care, dignity, and above all, hope.
