Kgalalelo Nthobatsang is an author, international speaker, purpose strategist and land governance professional with over 15 years of institutional experience in land administration, governance and development in Botswana.
She holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies and is the author of The Beauty of Submission: Walking Into Your Divine Purpose.
Kgalalelo is also the Founder of Rising Phenomenals, a global Christian mentorship movement empowering women across Botswana, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Türkiye and the United States.
Through her work, she challenges women to move beyond survival and surface-level ambition towards purposeful living, intentional leadership and meaningful impact. Her work sits at the intersection of purpose, women’s empowerment, leadership, spiritual alignment and community transformation.
Drawing from her professional expertise and international mentorship experience, Kgalalelo brings a unique perspective to conversations around identity, opportunity, responsibility, resilience and legacy.
