-Confidence & Problem solving skills -kids face problems everyday playing sports gives kids the chance to learn basics problem solving as individuals and as a group

- Social skills & coping strategies – sports helps kids develop social skills and interact with other people at a young age study also shows that kids in sports cope better with failure and sports also helps in teaching kids that it’s okay to make mistakes from time to time and the importance of moving forward from all that.
