The rising cases of r**e, murder, defilement, and threats to kill are a disturbing reflection of the ongoing crisis of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) in our communities. These acts are not just crimes, but violations of human rights that affect the safety and dignity of women, children, and vulnerable groups.
We must act now to protect survivors, hold perpetrators accountable, and strengthen laws and education to prevent violence. GBV is everyone’s issue, and together we can create a safer, more respectful society for all.
