I spy with my little eye, something big and red with gorgeous lashes! ๐Ÿง

We learnt all about these iconic savannah birds during a Conservation on Tap chat in Maun. Southern ground hornbills are part of a national monitoring programme. If you spot them on a game drive, note down the following

> Date & Location
> Number of individuals & demographics
> Any signs of nesting or chicks

And submit the information to Mabula Ground Hornbill Project

Conservation on Tap is a casual, community-focused event series where people come together (usually over a drink) to learn about and discuss important environmental and conservation topics.

It typically features:
๐Ÿƒ Guest speakers such as scientists, researchers, conservationists, or local experts
๐Ÿ’ฌ Engaging talks and open discussions on a specific theme each month
๐Ÿป A relaxed pub-style setting that makes conservation conversations accessible and fun
๐ŸŒ A chance to meet others who care about nature, wildlife, and sustainability

In short, itโ€™s a friendly space to learn, connect, and be inspired about the natural world.
