This month's theme is "Tracking", exploring how the age-old skill of reading animal signs continues to play a critical role in modern wildlife conservation.

Our speakers, Derek Keeping (Tanate Kalahari Institute), Christopher Mbisana (Cheetah Conservation Botswana), and Pogiso Africa Ithuteng (Leopard Ecology and Conservation), will share insights into how tracking is used to monitor wildlife, understand animal movements and behaviour, and support conservation efforts across Botswana's diverse landscapes.

From big cats to broader ecosystem monitoring, tracking remains one of the most valuable tools for conservation practitioners, researchers, and local communities alike.
