Okavango Human Wildlife Foundation Okavango Human Wildlife Foundation supports raising awareness on human wildlife conflict.

Okavango Human Wildlife Conflict Foundation (OHWCF) is a registered entity under the Master of the High Court of Botswana, on February 2021. OHWCF is established in Maun and is run by the Board of Directors appointed by the Founders to oversee the foundations administration and operations. The Board appoints the Executive Director (CEO) to serve as the secretariat of the foundation and sub-committees where necessary.

The Minister of Environmental and Tourism Hon. Wynter Mmolotsi will undertake Official engagements in Maun from 22 to 24 April 2026.
The Community Based Organizations in Ngamiland are cordially invited to the meet and greet session with the Hon. Minister at Council Chambers from 8am on the 24th April 2026.

Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority (BOCRA) has awarded community radio licenses to five entities.

The five entities are:
β– The Eternal Foundation
β– the Apostolic Faith Mission of Botswana β– Men & Boys for Gender Equality
β– Okavango Human Wildlife Foundation β– Mega Church International

BOCRA CEO, Martin Mokgware says the entities have been given up to 12 months to commence the broadcasting services.
