On October 12, 2026, Mopipi International Trust in partnership with Oregon State University’s Center for Global Health (Botswana Global Health Initiative) hosted a specialized grant and proposal-writing workshop for Cluster 2 Adolescent and Young People (AYP) Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) including Botswana Family Welfare Association, Inspired Horizons Association, Stepping Stones International, Sentebale, Renale Seabe Non-Governmental Organization.
The session was facilitated by Dr. Sunil Khanna, Director of the Center for Global Health at Oregon State University and Nametsego Tswetla, Program Coordinator for the Botswana Global Health Initiative.
The training equipped local organizations with critical skills in resource mobilization, logic models and budget development to enhance long-term sustainability. As part of this ongoing collaboration, the Center for Global Health is also providing participating CSOs with free proposal review and development support.
