Mental health matters every day. 💚
At BAPR, we believe that understanding mental health is the first step toward healing and well-being. Your mental health affects how you think, feel, act, and relate to others and it deserves the same care as your physical health.
If you or someone you love is feeling anxious, withdrawn, tired, or overwhelmed, you are not alone, and support is available. Let’s continue breaking the stigma and creating a caring, informed community.
It’s okay to ask for help. Together, we can build a mentally healthy nation.

As the year comes to a close, we would like to wish our community a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your continued support, trust, and commitment to mental health advocacy throughout the year. 💚
Please note that our offices will be closed for the holiday season. During this time, regular services will be paused. We will resume next year
We encourage everyone to take this season as a moment to rest, reflect, and prioritize self-care. If you or someone you know needs urgent mental health support during the holidays, please reach out to local emergency or crisis support services in your area.
Wishing you peace, hope, and wellbeing this festive season and into the New Year.

Today, we at BAPR join the world in commemorating Disability Awareness Day. 💙♿

As an organisation rooted in compassion and community service, we honour People with Disabilities and reaffirm our commitment to inclusion, dignity, and human rights.

Today, we celebrate the strength and resilience of people with disabilities, and we continue to stand alongside them in the fight against stigma and discrimination.

Inclusion is our responsibility. Dignity is non-negotiable. Awareness is the path to change.💙

Today, on World AIDS Day, we honour the lives of those we have lost, stand with everyone living with HIV, and recognise the deep connection between HIV and mental health.
Stigma, fear, and isolation can be as painful as the illness itself. As an organisation advocating for mental health, we are committed to creating safe spaces where people can access support without judgment, receive accurate information, and speak openly about their experiences.
Let’s remember there is no health without mental health.
We call on our community to show compassion, fight stigma, and support holistic care for all people affected by HIV and AIDS in mind and in body.

This Movember, we’re growing more than moustaches, lets grow conversations that can save lives.
Men’s mental health matters. Too many suffer in silence, but talking helps. Check in on your mates, listen without judgment, and remind them it’s okay to ask for help.
Together, we can change the face of men’s health , one conversation at a time. 💙

Today as we commemorate mental health day we at at BAPR we believe that mental health care is not a luxury it is a necessity. We advocate for compassionate, accessible, and community centered mental health services that respond to the realities of people living through emergencies.

When someone’s emotional distress starts affecting their daily life—work, school, relationships—they must have access to mental health care.
Healing shouldn’t be a solo journey 💙
