Dont miss out!!

In recognition of the UN International Year of Rangelands and Pastoralists, Herding for Health, an initiative of Conservation International and Peace Parks Foundation, in partnership with GIZ, CCARDESA and Meat Naturally, is co-hosting a webinar titled, β€œBetter Livestock Management for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services.”

The session will explore how improved livestock management practices can enhance rangeland health, protect biodiversity, and support the pastoralist communities who steward these ecosystems.

Bringing together perspectives from both research and practice, speakers from BirdLife International Africa, CIFOR-ICRAF, CGIAR-ILRI, and Conservation International Botswana will share case studies and insights on rangeland biodiversity, ecosystem services, and climate resilience, alongside practical conservation approaches such as Herding for Health as a model for rangeland restoration.
