It is focused on identifying skills in young people and nurturing them, motivates and empower youth in our society and also identifies and addresses challenges the youth in Botswana face. It is focused on effecting and impacting young people. We are committed to stir up positive attitude in young people, to bring the best out of them. We believe

that without positive attitude we cannot go anywhere. Young people should develop a positive attitude towards every aspect of life be it school, work, church or anything they are involved in, no matter what may come their way in order to excel in life.
