What an incredible experience showcasing our Food Science Club's creativity, innovation, and skills at the Agric Fair! 👩🏽‍🔬👨🏽‍🔬🧪

From concept to creation, our members had the opportunity to showcase a range of products developed by the club, demonstrating how food science can transform ideas and raw materials into innovative, quality food products. 🥫🍪🍹

We are proud of the dedication, teamwork, and passion that went into preparing for this event. It was an amazing opportunity to engage with the community, share knowledge, receive feedback, and represent our club and the field of Food Science. 🌾🔬

From Risk to Resilience

We were honoured to attend the panel discussion on El Niño on the 5th of September, themed "From risk to resilience: Innovative pathways to sustainable agriculture." It was an insightful experience discussing the future of food security and climate adaptation.

Beyond the panel, we loved showcasing our Food Science & Technology products alongside our colleagues from the BUAN Crop Science Club and Animal Science Club.

Collaboration is the key to innovation, and we are grateful for this opportunity to bridge the gap between food, crops, and livestock. We look forward to many more joint initiatives with our sister clubs!
