On 31 January 2026, the boards of JCI Botswana and JCI Gaborone participated in an intensive leadership training session facilitated by Senator Donald Koogotsitse, fondly known as โSenator Donโ.
The training centered on embracing transformational leadership and corporate governance โ two pillars essential for building sustainable organizations and impactful communities. Senator Don emphasized that in todayโs ever-evolving world, leaders must not only accept change but actively drive it.

Within that short timeframe, leaders are called to inspire, serve, and leave a lasting impact.
