This week we're at Cresta Lodge in Gaborone for the ECoWYERT Training of Trainers - Enhancing Capacities of Young Women and Youth-Led Enterprises for Regional Trade. 🌍

We're here to learn alongside Trade Promotion and Business Support colleagues from all six project countries, coming together to harmonize the training materials that will support young women and youth-led enterprises across the region.

Every session sharpens how we show up for young entrepreneurs - helping them trade across borders under the AfCFTA and build something that lasts.

UNDP Botswana invites you to Bokamoso Skills – Responsible AI, Employability and Innovation Bootcamps 2026.

The 2 days intensive programme is open to youth aged 18–35, with bootcamps planned in Gantsi, Maun, Francistown, Gaborone and Palapye. Participants will build practical skills in responsible AI, digital literacy, employability, entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, digital marketing and project management.

Big things are coming for Botswana's youth! 🇧🇼✨

YALDA Botswana was proud to take part in the World Bank Group's validation workshop on the Country Partnership Framework - a 6-year plan focused on private sector-led growth and job creation.

We brought the energy, ideas and voices of young people to the table, because when youth are part of the conversation, better solutions follow.

Tackling youth unemployment takes all of us and we're all in. 💪
