Navratri, meaning nine nights, is a sacred Hindu festival celebrating Goddess Durga and her nine divine forms. It symbolises the victory of good over evil and celebrates strength, devotion, courage and the divine feminine energy.

May these nine auspicious nights bring peace, happiness, prosperity and blessings to all. 🪔

Please join for daily evening prayers from 630pm to 730pm starting today (Sunday 11th October to 19th October ).

The Botswana Hindu Society extends its heartfelt gratitude to His Excellency Mr. Bharath Kumar Kuthati, High Commissioner of India to Botswana, as he brings his distinguished tenure to a close.

Throughout his time in Botswana, he has been a remarkable ambassador of friendship, togetherness, and cultural harmony. His genuine engagement with the Indian community, respect for its rich diversity, and efforts to foster a spirit of solidarity have left a lasting impression on us all.
