Bw Jobs 4 Graduates (BWJ4G) is a Youth Led Organization registered under the Ministry of Labor and Home Affairs (Section 6(1) of the Societies Act advocating for Youth Employment, Empowerment and Development. The Organisation is an affiliate of the Botswana National Youth Council (BNYC). The organization acts as a remedy for addressing the escalating unemployment issues among youth in general and

also enhances the spirit of positive participation amongst the entire nation towards helping those in search of employment by availing direction for vacancies available in areas that are out of their reach. This is driven by young people, sharing ideas, opportunities and experiences for the betterment of the youth of Botswana. Bw Jobs 4 Graduates believes in sharing and thus its goal is to expose those who are less privileged opportunities that are relevant to their individual personal empowerment and growth. The organization is made up of three phases being the student phase which targets school going individuals from Primary School level to Tertiary education level, the Graduate phase which is the core mandate of the organization which caters for recent graduates and the Young Professionals Phase which targets the young professionals from both government and private institutions.
