Unemployment it has been the major crisis among the lifes of youth in our country therefore the organization serves to benefit youth across the entire country ,through developing entrepreneurial awareness for youth as an alternative to formal employment through promoting programs and schems which the government has introduced e.g. LEA programs,CEDA programs,BEDIA programs,Povety eradication prog
rams etc and equip them with basic knowledge on how to identify business opportunities and how to start and run business within the Botswana Enviroment,moreover to provide mentorship and empowerment to the existing youth entrepreneurs in order for them to enhance their business and access market internal and external . Dormin Life stream organization link with Ministry of youth sports and culture to create an environment that is conducive to encourage entrepreneurship culture through various platforms. However the DLS program is a coordinated initiative which target Botswana youth groups in quest to reduce the unemployment rate and ultimately driving Botswana’s economy.
