Olorato is a lawyer, transformational leader, public speaker, founder of Empowered Girls Botswana, and Christian vlogger passionate about raising a generation of women who are healed, confident, purpose-driven, and deeply rooted in God.

Through her voice, leadership, and storytelling, she has created spaces where young women are reminded that they are more than their pain, more than their past, and more than the labels placed on them. Her work is centered on helping women rediscover their identity, reclaim their voice, and walk boldly in purpose.

As the founder of Empowered Girls Botswana, she continues to build a sisterhood grounded in healing, growth, faith, leadership, and authentic connection — one gathering at a time.

And beyond the courtroom, boardroom, the platforms, and every accomplishment… she is proudly and unapologetically a God’s Girl 😍

The sisterhood is growing… her name is Bogadi 😍

Bogadi Serumola is a nurse, creative visionary, and founder whose work beautifully weaves together healing, womanhood, faith, and purpose. With a heart for both healthcare and community impact, she creates spaces where women can pause, breathe, and rediscover themselves.

Through Sisterhood Retreats, Mosadi Wa Lelwapa, faith-based experiences, and lifestyle content, Bogadi inspires women to heal deeply, grow intentionally, dream boldly, and embrace a life that is both soft and purposeful.

Her work is rooted in authenticity, compassion, faith, and meaningful connection, reminding women that true empowerment is not just about strength, but also about healing, rest, and becoming whole.

This will be a conversation about healing, purpose, and embracing the fullness of womanhood.
