Our team is here, joining creative leaders, policymakers, investors and innovators from across Africa to talk about building the systems our creative economies need to grow.

We build a talent pipeline for Southern Africa, starting in Botswana, by promoting STEAME education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics and Entrepreneurship) and running programmes that solve real needs of companies.

The creative economy is where arts, technology and entrepreneurship meet, which is exactly why we are here: to learn, connect and build partnerships that turn young people's talent into opportunity.

Stay tuned for highlights from the next two days!

Empowerment means knowing you have a voice and the right to use it. It grows when we encourage one another, learn together, and refuse to let anyoneโ€™s potential go unseen.

Girls, you are leaders. Boys, you are changemakers. Women, you are the strength that holds our communities together. Youth, you are the future we are building right now.

We stand with you, and we believe that when one of us rises, we all rise.

To all our JCE and BGCSE writers: youโ€™ve studied, youโ€™ve sacrificed, and youโ€™re ready. Nerves mean you care, so breathe, trust your preparation, and write with courage. Your exam will test what you know, but it will never define who you are.

Go and change the world.

Best of luck from all of us at Dare To Dream.

Everything else can be taken: your job, your savings, your opportunities, even your comfort. But what you learn becomes part of who you are, and no storm, setback, or person can reach in and take it back.

So this week, donโ€™t just chase results. Chase growth. Every lesson you collect is an investment that canโ€™t be repossessed, and every question you dare to ask is a step toward the leader youโ€™re becoming.

Start the week as a student of life, and youโ€™ll finish it a little wiser than you began.

Dare to learn. Dare to grow. Dare to dream.

๐‡๐š๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ฒ ๐…๐ซ๐ข๐๐š๐ฒ

You made it through the Mondays of the mind: the doubts, the delays, the days you wanted to quit but showed up anyway. Nobody applauds that kind of strength, but it counts.

Today, donโ€™t just rush toward the weekend. Look back at the week and ask yourself:

What did I learn?
What did I survive?
Who showed up for me, and who did I show up for?

Not every week is a win. Some weeks are just about staying standing. And that is enough.

Rest is not laziness. Itโ€™s how a field becomes fertile again before the next harvest. So let go of what drained you, keep what taught you, and walk into the weekend lighter.

Whatever this week took from you, may the weekend give back peace, laughter, and a heart that feels full again.

You are still growing, even on the days it doesnโ€™t show.

Happy Friday. Go gently, and finish strong.

To all the PSLE writers: this morning, you sit down with a pencil, a paper, and years of lessons behind you. Every homework you finished, every question you asked, every late night and early morning has been quietly preparing you for this moment.

An exam can measure what you know, but it can never measure how far you can go. You are so much more than a mark. You are a dreamer, a thinker, and a future leader in the making.

So breathe. Read each question slowly. Trust what you have learned, and believe in the child who got you this far. If a question feels hard, pause, smile, and keep going. Courage is not the absence of nerves, it is writing anyway.

To the parents, teachers, and families standing behind these young people: thank you for every sacrifice and every prayer.

To our PSLE writers: show them what you've got. We're cheering for you, today and always!

Best of luck from all of us at Dare To Dream.
