FMK Trust works to empower communities towards sustainable economic Development and Positive Social Transformation by providing access to vital information through formal and informal education. We strongly believe that through this mission, every person, young and old, Male or Female, shall live a dignified life.
Background information
FMK Trust, is an organisation that is inspired by believing in the possibility of transformation. The Founder and Chair of the Trust Mr. Francisco, Malesela Kgoboko holds dear to his drive, a humble transformational story of “Bare Foot to Rubber tyres” that continuously inspires him to know, life can transform through Knowledge and education, which is what fuels his passion to Changing lives on the Bobirwa community.
Relying heavily on Community Feedback and his own history, FMK has “engineered” initiatives that contribute to development and transformation of communities in the Bobirwa region.
2. Our Impact
We are committed to developing platforms for increased social impact that see to expanded financial inclusion, improved livelihoods and enhanced communities.
Our work is measured by how the solutions we work towards improve lives. We work closely with all our beneficiaries and monitor all progress made. Some of our areas include:
· Financial Support to Orphans, Vulnerable Children and the needy.
· Mentorship and life coaching
· Support advocacy and mobilisation

· Skills Development workshops
· Wild life and Conservation
The Objectives of the Trust shall be to:
1.1 Engage unemployed youth in experiential entrepreneurship education.
1.2 Inspire and teach the vulnerable communities innovation and entrepreneurship and create jobs.
1.3 Offer motivational talks and or lessons to the Schools, colleges, universities and other the educational centres.
1.4 Coach and mentor youth business and community groups.
1.5 To fund development aid programmes and undertake research into youth and community problems with socio economic impact.
1.6 Provide counselling services for the poor, youth, aged, destitute, distressed or any other members of society in need of help.
1.7 To Offer support, advocacy and strategic partnerships to Faith Based Organizations for their mandate and growth
