Her journey as a social entrepreneur began with Nayang Association, a community-focused initiative through which she mobilised partnerships and resources to support vulnerable children and communities. The initiative reflects her broader commitment to expanding women’s access to knowledge, confidence, economic opportunity and traditionally male-dominated spaces.

It is this perspective that Kagiso brings to The Women We Celebrate an honest conversation about leadership, resilience, personal growth, wellbeing, boundaries, financial and personal autonomy, and the responsibility to help the next generation of women rise.
