Dear Friends of KCS,

It is with both sadness and gratitude that we announce that Ms Thato B. Morule who has resigned from KCS Secretariat after two (2) years of being the CEO. Her extraordinary service has led KCS to the reputation it stands for today. She spearheaded the Society to success with her effective strategies.

During her time with the organization as CEO, Ms Morule oversaw great changes. Under her leadership, she played a critical role in the development and success of the organization, and while we will miss her and her inspiring leadership, we wish her the best of luck in her new endeavor.

We are pleased to announce Mr Randall T. Tseleng as our new Acting CEO. Mr Tseleng is highly experienced in the field of Natural Resources Conservation and Management, having more than 10 years’ experience in the industry.

His been working for KCS for the past two (2) years under Ms Morule’s leadership as the Programmes Manager. His role was to facilitate all environment and conservation projects, ensuring all implementation plans are carried out and provided guidance and leadership to the staff of the Environment and Conservation Unit

The combination of his experience, culture and drive makes him an ideal fit for the Society for the next stages of growth. Mr Tseleng’s decisional-making skill is impressive. He is a good learner also and has leadership qualities.

As always, we look forward to the continued support to KCS and Mr Tseleng in his new role.
