To address mental health and Gender Based Violence (GBV) holistically in Sunday social teams, discussions should bridge the gap between individual well-being and community accountability.

Train your team on how to listen without judgment and believe survivors. Discuss practical ways to create "safe spaces" where individuals feel comfortable disclosing trauma without fear of stigma or being blamed.

Happy New Year! Let’s leave the misunderstandings of the past behind and step into 2026 with a clean slate.

Choose to forgive, let go, and focus on the love that brought both of you together.

As you enter 2026, promise to be more patient with each other.

May this year be defined by the grace you show one another and your commitment to growing together through every challenge."

As we celebrate this joyful Christmas season, we want to extend our warmest wishes to all our GFC Facebook friends, followers, and sponsors.

During this festive time, we also want to remind the public, especially our young girls and boys, about the ongoing challenges posed by the "Triple Threats": unplanned pregnancies, HIV and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and gender-based violence (GBV).

In the unfortunate event that any form of abuse or violence occurs, we encourage victims to seek immediate medical assistance and report the incident to the nearest police station or by dialing 999. Help is available, and no one should suffer in silence.

Tomorrow, we celebrate us, men who often put others first and carry burdens without complaint.

It's okay to be not okay. True strength lies in vulnerability and reaching out for support. 🫂On Men's International Day, let's encourage open conversations about mental health and well-being.

To all the amazing men out there: we see you, we appreciate you, and we love you.

Thank you for being you. 💙
