It’s 3 am here in Gaborone, Botswana- peaceful, beautiful! I have been praying for all of you who helped us return (for your health, for the struggles you may be facing, for the doubts that jump into your thoughts, for your families and situations that may be occurring, for your job/ career/business- that God would bless you, open doors and promotions for you and that your trust and love for Jesus would continue to grow daily), praying for our family who watched us leave with hurting, yet proud hearts, thanking Jesus for our kids- who didn’t complain once during the cold airport night, who loaded and unloaded luggage several times and took our suitcases upstairs in our little hotel- exhausted- without complaint. Wow- we are so BLESSED!
Your calling to support and pray, our calling to go and serve- all working to build the Kingdom of heaven! Together, we serve Jesus and share His love - even 9,000 miles part way around the world! 👏🌍🙌🏻. Such a beautiful relationship of the body of Christ working together- each part vitally important! You are important to God. What you do matters. Jesus sees it all- you are not alone. Keep trusting Him- cling to His side- we serve a powerful God who loves us dearly. He is the answer- He is faithful and merciful. Don’t give up- tough times mean “dig in” to His word, prayer, listening and trusting.
I am so thankful we were back in time to see the purple flowering Jacaranda trees that I love here! Just another display of God’s amazing creations. Enjoy the photo- know you are being prayed for from this side of the world. Praying you feel His presence as you rest or work tonight! Blessings! 💕
(jet lag expressions in writing 🤷♀️- yes, Shannon Petersen Nash loves to talk - or write apparently 😊💕)
