So many want to leave people better than they found them. We are saying don't?

Just focus on that one person, that one woman, who is having to choose between food and sanitary supplies.

It may be a single mom at work. Maybe the lady that cleans your office or answers your phone. She maybe in your church choir. Maybe that stranger in a supermarket that you notice has been staring at the sanitary display for a lot longer than necessary.

Simple, small gestures change lives and the world. Start where you are and with what you have.

Is it really true

that PERIOD DIGNITY is considered a HUMAN RIGHT—if it is then:

🔴 why do 500 million women experience period poverty every month

🔴 Why are women powering through extreme period pain and showing up for work with no medical interventions

🔴 why are women and girls still reduced to the use of substitutes such as rags and newspapers

🔴 why is period poverty still a thing in 2025

🔴 why do women still have to make a choice of menstrual supplies or food

Imagine that

There are no optics for period poverty. That is why it is hard to imagine for most people.

Period poverty is a silent crisis that affects millions of girls and women worldwide trapping them in cycles of missed education, economic disadvantage and stigma.

Discomfort Drives Change and real progress requires stepping out of complacency and confronting uncomfortable realities.

Small Actions Matter; providing period supplies, supporting advocacy can break the cycle of poverty for even one girl.

Systemic Change is possible—policies recognizing period dignity as a human right can dismantle barriers for generations.
