Emang Basadi Association was part of the Civil society organizations that facilitated a training on "Disability Rights, Women's Rights, and Gender Equality" held at the Office of the Ombudsman Headquarters in Gaborone on the 23rd April 2026. For their part Emang Basadi Association's President Mrs Tumani Virginia Mmereki facilitated on a topic titled "Protection of Women's Rights in Botswana- Perspectives on Gender Equality and Mainstreaming".
A delegation from Emang Basadi Association which comprised of the President, Vice President (Dumi Gatsha) and one of the volunteers at the Association Mr John Churu represented the organization.
