π JUNE IS MEN'S MENTAL HEALTH MONTH π
For far too long, many men have been taught to suffer in silence, hide their emotions, and carry their burdens alone.
This Men's Mental Health Month, Cherished Beings Trust is calling on all men and boys to remember that seeking help is not a sign of weaknessβit is a sign of strength.
Mental health challenges affect fathers, sons, brothers, husbands, friends, colleagues and community leaders.
Depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance abuse and life's daily pressures can impact anyone.
We encourage every man to:
β Talk about how you're feeling
β Reach out when you need support
β Check in on a friend
β Prioritize your wellbeing
β Seek professional help when necessary
To families, friends, workplaces, schools and communities: create safe spaces where men and boys can speak openly without fear of judgment.
A simple conversation can save a life.
This month, let's break the silence, challenge harmful stereotypes and build a culture where men are supported, heard and empowered to heal.
Remember:
π£ Strong Enough To Speak.
π Brave Enough To Heal.
