Good Day to all Youth Organisations, Student Leaders, and Young Change-makers. Please receive this call to action as we work toward youth-centered mental health solutions.

Young people are affected by anxiety, depression, unemployment stress, substance use, academic pressure, violence, social media pressures and family challenges. This dialogue gives youth and students a platform to shape conversations on prevention, early support, peer advocacy and youth-friendly mental health services.

Young people are not just beneficiaries — they are leaders in mental health change.
Join the dialogue to bring youth voices into mental health integration, advocacy and community solutions.

Youth voices belong in the room.

Good morning family 💚
Let’s talk grief, losing someone especially a life partner can feel like losing a part of yourself. The routines you shared, the conversations, the dreams, and the companionship leave an emptiness that words often cannot describe.
Grief is not a sign of weakness, it is a reflection of love. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and healing does not mean forgetting. It means learning to carry the love and memories forward while finding a way to continue your journey.
Be patient with yourself. Allow yourself to feel. Reach out for support when you need it.
You do not have to walk this path alone.

Morning family🌻. Wellbeing is not built in crisis alone, it is built in understanding yourself, expressing yourself and learning how to live well.

Counselling is not only for moments of crisis. It can also be a space to reflect, grow, understand your emotions, and strengthen relationships.

This month, give yourself permission to be honest with yourself, to show up as your true self. Not the version shaped by expectations. Not the version created to fit in. Just you!

You do not have to become someone else to belong. There is power in showing up as yourself. Being yourself is not weakness.
It is courage.🌱💚

💚 Happy Father’s Day!

Today, BONMEH honours all fathers and father figures who love, guide and remain present, even while carrying struggles of their own.

Your mental health matters. You deserve support, rest and care too. Strong enough to care, human enough to need care. 💚

AUTISTIC PRIDE DAY | 18 JUNE💚

Happy Thursday everyone, Today, we celebrate Autistic Pride Day, a day that recognizes, values, and respects individuals with autism for who they are.

Autism is not something to be “fixed.” It is a different way of experiencing, understanding, and interacting with the world. Every person with autism has unique strengths, perspectives, talents, and challenges.
Mental wellbeing flourishes when people feel accepted, understood, and valued for who they are.

Different, not less.

Good morning to all Corporates, Employers, and Workplace Wellness Leaders 🌿

As we navigate today’s fast-paced work environments, this is a conversation we all need to be part of:

Workplaces are increasingly dealing with burnout, stress, absenteeism, low productivity, trauma, conflict and emotional distress. This dialogue helps employers understand mental health integration as part of workplace wellbeing, ESG, CSR, productivity, inclusion and responsible leadership.

Mental health is a workplace issue, a productivity issue and a leadership issue.
Join the dialogue to explore how employers can support healthier teams, inclusive workplaces and stronger communities.

Healthy workplaces build healthier economies.

"A re mo tlogeleng ka gore o bonya."

"Ga re na nako ya go mo etela. O tshwanetse go tlwaela go nna a le nosi."

"Sa senye madi le mo isa ngakeng. Ke botsofe."

These are some examples of elder abuse and neglect that many older people experience, often in silence.

Today, on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, let us be reminded to protect the dignity, safety, and wellbeing of elders.

Elder abuse can be physical, emotional, financial, sexual, or take the form of neglect.

Its effects extend beyond physical harm, often impacting mental health through anxiety, depression, loneliness, and fear.

Let us create families, communities, and systems that honour the wisdom, contributions, and humanity of our elders.

Together can build communities where our elders are safe, valued and cared for.
