With grateful hearts and so much excitement, we are proud to introduce the 2026/2027 ABLE HEARTS UB Executive Team!🌱✨

As one chapter closes, another begins. Today, we welcome a new team of passionate young leaders who are ready to carry the ABLE HEARTS vision forward by serving, empowering, and creating meaningful change in our community. 💜

A New Chapter 🤍

As we close this chapter of our journey with Able Hearts, we do so with hearts full of gratitude. Serving as part of the Executive Team has been such a meaningful experience, and we are incredibly grateful for every person who supported, encouraged, and believed in us throughout our time.
Today, we officially hand over the reins to a new team, trusting them to carry the vision of Able Hearts forward and create an even greater impact. ✨

We are deeply appreciative of the support, love, teamwork, and trust we received throughout our time with Able Hearts. Every event, challenge, achievement, and lesson has been a part of a journey we will always cherish.

This may be a farewell from the Executive Team, but the memories, friendships, and impact we created will always remain. 🫶🏽
