Is this your cat?

A young male cat has been in a private compound behind BPC colony, Jangsa Paro since this morning. He’s friendly and seems to be a pet going by his fur and teeth.

*Gratitude for Our Kind Donors* πŸ’›

Today, the RSPCA team was blessed with the generosity of several wonderful visitors.
We were pleased to welcome Kinley, Eden, Zangmo, and Pema, who donated 4 cartons of Marie Gold biscuits, one 50kg bag of rice, 25kg of SK Gold rice, one bag of Pedigree, a carton of milk, 5 litres of oil, and two sets of tinned fish.

We were also visited by Mr. Samba, who showed his generous support by donating three 25kg bags of SK Gold rice and one sack of soya chunks.

Later in the day, Madam Kinley Yangden visited the shelter with three 25kg bags of SK Gold rice, 5 litres of cooking oil, and four cartons of Marie Gold biscuits. She also took the time to personally feed our residents with biscuits, making her visit truly special.

The RSPCA team extends our heartfelt gratitude to all our visitors today. Your compassion and thoughtfulness have made a meaningful difference in the lives of our shelter residents. We truly appreciate your kindness. πŸ™πŸΎ

On the auspicious occasion of Zhabdrung Kuchoe and His Eminence Letshog Lopen Rinpoche’s birthday, the RSPCA family observed the day with deep devotion and compassion.

We began the morning by lighting butter lamps, offering prayers for peace and wellbeing. Our shelter residents were then treated to Nutella and milk, followed by a wholesome vegetarian meal, a gesture of purity and kindness to start this sacred day.

May the blessings of this holy day bring joy and harmony to all sentient beings. πŸ™

Some kind souls found this injured puppy in Pasakha and contacted Barnyard Bhutan and us for help. With the help of the Desuups in Phuentholing they transported her to the vet in Phuntsholing. The helpful veterinary team immediately checked her and found that she has a fracture and will need time to recover. She looks like a pet and but is not microchipped. With no vaccination history we cannot bring her for referral to Thimphu.

Even though the Veterinary Hospital Phuntsholing does not have thr facility to keep in patients they are willing to observe her and keep her for tonight.
We are hoping that tomorrow some kind soul will come forward to adopt her πŸ™πŸ»

We are grateful to the spotters, the Desuung Office, Regional Coordinator Phuntsholing, Dr Chimi and the team Phuntsholing vet hospital and all the kind people involved in saving this sad soul πŸ™
