Community Testing & Dialogue Sessions 🌱

We recently sat down with members of our community to test the draft Digital Civic Engagement Toolkit: A Practical Guide for LGBTQI+ Communities in Bhutan.

Across two sessions, we explored the toolkit together, tried out some of the practical tools and talked about what made sense, what felt useful and what could be made clearer or easier to use.

The conversations gave us valuable feedback that we will now take back into the toolkit before finalising it. For us, this is an important part of making sure the final publication is shaped by the people who will actually use it.

Q***r Voices of Bhutan recently completed three rounds of community consultation and content review sessions as part of the development of the Digital Civic Engagement Toolkit for LGBTIQ Communities in Bhutan.

These consultations brought together community members to review content, share feedback, and help ensure that the toolkit reflects local experiences and priorities.

This project is supported by DDI South Asia and Accountability Lab.
