A heartfelt message from Dasho Yeshey, Superintendent of Police, Royal Bhutan Police, Phuentsholing, a proud son of Kurtoe Dungkar and a true gentleman.

His touching words filled my heart with joy and brought tears to my eyes. His unwavering support, humility, and exemplary leadership continue to inspire and unite us all. I am deeply grateful for his encouragement and guidance.

It reads as follows:

“Dear Sonam,

Warm greetings from Phuentsholing.

It is always a pleasure to see the wonderful initiatives being carried out by our Tshogpa. Every update fills me with pride and reminds me of the strong bond and spirit of service that our members continue to uphold.

I sincerely wish I could join and contribute alongside all of you. However, due to the nature of my responsibilities as the Police Anti-Drugs Operation Task Force Team Leader and as an uniformed person, I am often tied up with operational commitments and am unable to participate, despite my sincere desire to do so.

For now, the best I can do is cheer you on from afar and appreciate the dedication of every member who gives their time and effort for the betterment of our community. Thank you, Sonam, for keeping us updated and for your commitment in keeping KPT active and united.

Please convey my heartfelt appreciation to all our benevolent members and accept my sincere apologies for not being able to join your activities. I will always look forward to participating whenever my duties permit.

Wishing Kurtoe Phendey Tshogpa continued success in all its noble initiatives. I am truly proud to be a part of this wonderful family.”

Warmest regards

A dinner was hosted at Tomza, opposite the Thromde Office in Thimphu, for the Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Drangpon, Thrizin, Gups, and other sector heads of Dzongkhag Administration, Lhuentse, and was joined by Dasho Tempa of the National Assembly of Bhutan.

During the gathering, the 108 Stupas volunteer initiative was presented and discussed. It was also an honor to offer Tashi Khadar to the newly appointed Dasho Dzongdag and Dasho Drangpon of Lhuentse.

We are sincerely grateful to the Dasho Dzongdag and his team for kindly agreeing to facilitate support through the provision of school and institutional bus services, as requested during the evening’s discussion.
