Today, once again, we are deeply honoured to introduce Ma’am Jenney Okley from 🇳🇿New Zealand, one of our most devoted and generous supporters of Zeus Nakulu Dog Welfare.
Ma’am Jenney is not only a true animal lover but also an exceptionally kind-hearted and compassionate individual whose generosity and concern for vulnerable animals are beyond words. She has supported Zeus Nakulu Dog Welfare on several occasions, and once again, she has extended her invaluable assistance to our sanctuary.
This time, with her generous support, we have been able to undertake the renovation of dog houses in Paro and Thimphu. In addition, many of the mattresses at our sanctuary have become extremely old, worn out, and unusable. With the number of dogs in our care continuously increasing, we are also required to purchase additional mattresses and blankets to provide adequate warmth and comfort for more than 890 dogs.
Once again, Ma’am Jenney has generously transferred USD 3,500 (Nu. 334,550.56) to Zeus Nakulu Dog Welfare. These funds will be entirely utilised to purchase mattresses and blankets for the dogs, particularly in preparation for the harsh and extremely cold winter months ahead.
With her generous contribution, we will be able to purchase more than 300 mattresses and blankets, all fully sponsored by Ma’am Jenney. This thoughtful contribution will make an immense difference to the lives and well-being of the dogs under our care and will provide them with much-needed warmth, comfort, and protection throughout the winter.
From the very depths of our hearts, we extend our deepest and most heartfelt gratitude to Ma’am Jenney for her unwavering compassion, generosity, and continued support. Her kindness has made a profound difference, and her contribution will directly benefit the welfare and well-being of more than 890 rescued dogs at our sanctuary.
We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the following generous individuals for their valuable contributions to the Zeus Nakulu Dog Welfare Fund:
Ms. Sonam Choden – Nu. 3,000
Ms. Tshering Dolkar – Nu. 2,000
Mr. Dawa from Paws and Wagels Group – Nu. 505
Mr. Karma Choden from Paws and Wagels – Nu. 500
Mr. C. Dorji – Nu. 1,005
Every contribution, regardless of its size, carries immense significance for the animals who depend entirely on our care and support. Your generosity enables us to provide food, shelter, warmth, medical care, and a safer and more dignified life for these vulnerable animals.
Once again, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for visiting us, standing beside our cause, and contributing so generously to the welfare of our dogs.
Your compassion gives them hope, your generosity gives them comfort, and your continued support gives them a chance at a better life.
Thank you for being a voice for the voiceless and for helping us make a meaningful difference in the lives of more than 890 precious souls.
