The Baking and Barista Training Program is a 45-day intensive course designed to equip participants with practical skills in both baking and coffee making. The first one month will be dedicated to baking, where learners will master the fundamentals of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and confectioneries while gaining knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and food safety. The following 15 days will focus on barista skills, covering coffee bean selection, brewing methods, espresso techniques, milk frothing, latte art, and customer service.

An Introduction to Buddhist Philosophy and Practice (30th Cohort)
This course offers De-suups a holistic introduction to Bhutanese spiritual and cultural values rooted in Buddhism. Alongside learning the fundamental teachings of Buddhism, De-suups are introduced to daily prayers, basic yoga practices, hand gesture prayers (mudras) and essential Bhutanese etiquette such as driglam namzha.
