To all devoted Monks, Nuns, and Lay Followers,
With profound respect, we wish to inform all devotees that, at Sangdag Gyepai Ling Chagdor Lhakhang Meditation Centre, Trashigang Chhawog,
a request has been made for His Eminence Rigzin Gyurme Dorje, the Fourth Incarnation of Terton Chokgyur Dechen Lingpa, to confer the complete
empowerments (Wang) and reading transmissions (Lung) of the entire cycle of the profound treasure teachings (Terma) of the great Terton Chokgyur
Dechen Lingpa.
As previously announced, the programme was scheduled to commence on 21 October 2026 and continue for 50 days. However, as this period
coincides with the construction of 108 Bodhi Stupas at Gelephu Mindfulness City, a sacred initiative inspired by the noble vision and aspirations
of His Majesty The King, the programme has been respectfully postponed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause and
humbly request your kind understanding. The revised schedule is as follows:
Commencement: 10 November 2026
Duration: 50 days
During this sacred occasion, extensive prayers and religious practices will be dedicated to the establishment of peace and harmony throughout the
world, the removal of conflicts and suffering, and the flourishing of the Buddha Dharma. Special prayers will also be offered for the long life, good
health, and the unhindered fulfillment of the noble aspirations of His Majesty The King, the Royal Family, and the continued peace, prosperity, and
well-being of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
The programme will include the recitation of one hundred million mantras each of the three principal sacred practices, together with 100,000 Samdrup
Tshog (wish-fulfilling offering gatherings). Meals and other necessary arrangements will also be provided, to the best of our ability, for all devotees
attending the teachings.
We kindly request all devotees to take note of the revised schedule and make the necessary arrangements. We sincerely look forward to your participation
and prayers.
