I think this is exactly what our beloved Monarch His Majesty has planned for Bhutan, starting with DHI, Dungkar Dzong, and now with GMC for which every Bhutanese citizen is given an equal share of an acre of land. This vision came out of the blue sky.

I believe dogs are eaten by some Chinese people as well as in some parts of India. Dogs have senses that humans cannot comprehend. Maybe people eat dogs because their sense of feelings are lesser than the dogs.
