The round shape symbolizes Earth. We aspire to spread WAYes around the globe in future. The latitude and longitude line is known as Connecting line; it will connect the youths around the world by WAYes with same thoughts and same acquired leadership knowledge. WAY – we are young. Yes – yes there is a way. (we pronounce as WAY only). The sketch person is someone who went through WAYes programs and

gained happiness. It also symbolizes greeting and welcoming to the organisation.

- In dzongkha words-Two words is coined here. Youths and Young.(young in heart).
