On 23rd July 2025, we had the privilege to present one of our initiativeโOne Stop Information and Service Center (OSISC)โto the Good Governance Committee of the National Assembly of Bhutan, chaired by the Honโble Chairperson.
The OSISC is an innovative public service delivery model, currently operational in several Dzongkhags. These centers function as digital service hubs, bringing essential public services closer to the peopleโparticularly those in remote and underserved communities. Uniquely, many of these centers are individually run by entrepreneurs with diverse abilities, and fully managed under a business model approach to ensure long-term sustainability, efficiency, and local ownership.
We humbly submitted that this model deserves national attention and recognition. For Bhutan to achieve sustainable and efficient public service delivery, we believe the government must invest in entrepreneurship-oriented approachesโwhere community service meets innovation and responsibility.
