This past Saturday, the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Mini Conference 2026 brought together Earlyactors, Interactors, Rotaractors, and young leaders from across the country for a dynamic day of learning, connection, and inspiration. Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of The Bahamas at the New Providence Community Centre, the experience empowered youth to strengthen their leadership skills, build confidence, and embrace the spirit of Service Above Self as they prepare to shape the future of The Bahamas. 🌟

The Rotary Clubs of The Bahamas are thrilled to announce Ms. Eldecia Thompson as the recipient of a fully funded scholarship to pursue the Executive Management Programme for Leadership in Education at IE University in Madrid, Spain.

We extend our sincere thanks to all who applied and congratulate Eldecia as she embarks on this exciting journey. We wish her every success as she represents The Bahamas and continues to advance educational leadership.
