πŸ’” We extend sincere condolences to the family and friends of our beloved charter member, Patricia Elaine Thompson, a woman whose life reflected the values of sisterhood, faith, & family.

Remembering her, fellow charter member Soror Lynda Gibson shared that 'Elaine' was deeply family-oriented and God-fearing. "She was quiet, humble, and sweet," qualities that were reflected in the loving way she carried herself throughout her life.

Her impact will live on through the lives she touched, the relationships she nurtured, and the legacy she helped create.
Rest well, Soror Patricia. πŸ•ŠοΈ May God grant comfort and peace to all who knew and loved her. ❀️

What a night of artistry & womanhood. ✨ From powerful spoken word to soulful musical renditions, this year's Shine Girl Shine reminded us why women should be celebrated every day.

Thank you to each poet, singer, and performer who shared their gifts with us, and to everyone who joined us at Oasis Bar & Bistro to celebrate the arts.

Until next year, keep shining. βœ¨πŸ’œ

Thanks to your generosity, we’re investing in young minds, one book at a time. πŸ“–

NBAC donated 50 children’s books to Gavin Tynes Primary School on Friday, continuing our commitment to literacy through our Book Drive initiative. This visit marked one of two donations and readings, following our stop at Stapledon School in January.
β€’
We extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed books to this effort. Your generosity is helping to inspire a love of reading & learning in Bahamian children.
