🇧🇸 **From the JA Programme to Youth Parliament!**

Junior Achievement Bahamas proudly congratulates **De'Anntae Hepburn and Azariah Moss**, two distinguished JA Eleuthera Achievers, on their selection as Youth Parliamentarians!

🌟 **De'Anntae Hepburn**, JA Eleuthera's second-place Most Distinguished Achiever for the 2025–2026 programme year, will represent **Central and South Eleuthera** as a Youth Parliamentarian for the 2026–2028 term.

🌟 **Azariah Moss**, JA Eleuthera's **2025–2026 Most Distinguished Junior Achiever**, will represent the **North Eleuthera Constituency**. Azariah is a third-year Junior Achiever at North Eleuthera High School.

As Youth Parliament prepares to open on **October 16, 2026**, in observance of National Youth Month, organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, we celebrate these young leaders for stepping forward to represent their communities and contribute to important national conversations.

Their accomplishments demonstrate the confidence, leadership and commitment to service that Junior Achievement seeks to develop in young Bahamians.

From Voice to Vision! 🇧🇸✨

This National Youth Month, JA Bahamas celebrates the ambition, creativity and potential of young Bahamians.

Through entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness, we help young people build the skills and confidence to turn their ideas into action—and their vision into opportunity.

Here’s to our achievers and the mentors who help them move forward. 💙

A $50,000 grant from RBC Capital Markets helped turn potential into opportunity for 34 young Bahamians across New Providence, Grand Bahama, Eleuthera and Andros.

Through four weeks of paid, hands-on workplace experience, students were able to build confidence, develop professional skills and explore career pathways across banking, financial services, accounting, aviation, tourism, cruise operations, insurance, energy and corporate administration.

This national impact was strengthened by the organizations that welcomed our Achievers into their workplaces:

RBC Royal Bank, Nassau Airport Development Company, Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants, Bahamas Financial Services Board, Nassau Cruise Port, Royal Caribbean Group Bahamas, Leno, KPMG Bahamas Ltd., National Insurance Board, FOCOL and ANTEC BTC.

We thank each organization, supervisor and team member who shared their time, knowledge and encouragement with our students.

These partnerships do more than provide summer placements. They help young people connect classroom learning with real careers, build relationships with professionals and enter the workforce better prepared to contribute to their communities and the wider Bahamian economy.

When corporate investment and community partnership come together, young Bahamians gain more than experience—they gain a clearer path forward.
