If so, join the Cancer Society of The Bahamas for its Annual Family Bingo Night, taking place at the SuperClubs Breezes Ballroom on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 6pm.

With each bingo card purchased, guests raise funds for the Cancer Society of The Bahamas’ programs, helping people with cancer access vital assistance, care, and support.

Breast cancer, the most common cancer affecting women in The Bahamas, forms when abnormal cells in the breast multiply rapidly and uncontrollably, forming a tumor that can spread if left untreated.

While there is no definite way to prevent breast cancer, you can lower your risk by:

Maintaining a healthy weight

Exercising regularly

Limiting or avoiding alcohol

Eating a balanced diet

Not smoking.
