At SHE RISES, we believe a woman does not have to become hard in order to become powerful.
We create space for women to reconnect with their softness, confidence, purpose, faith, boundaries, wellness and feminine presence while still leading, parenting, building careers, running businesses and caring for their families.
Our gatherings encourage women to step out of constant survival mode and learn how to receive support, rest without guilt, establish healthy boundaries, nurture themselves, strengthen their families and move through life with grace and intention.
