Love is sweet, but a Will is security 🏦. If you are unmarried but want to transfer your property, business, and other assets to your common law spouse, friend, or any other specific person, you MUST have a legally valid will in place for it to be honoured by a court of law in The Bahamas.

Take action today and create your will! Starting is simple. The Wills Act of The Bahamas states that your will must:

1. Be in writing, and
2. Contain your signature, which must be given in the presence of two witnesses who are not gaining anything.
