📸 Moments from our 2026 Red Ribbon Ball Press Conference

Earlier this week, the Bahamas AIDS Foundation gathered with members of the media, supporters and partners to officially launch the theme for the 30th Annual Red Ribbon Ball: “Black or White.”

This year’s theme carries an important message — HIV does not discriminate. It is a reminder that HIV can affect anyone, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, profession or economic status.

As we mark 30 years of the Red Ribbon Ball, we continue to use this signature event to raise awareness and support the Foundation’s work in education, prevention, testing, treatment advocacy and reducing HIV-related stigma.

A special thank you to everyone who joined us for the press conference and helped us share the message behind this year’s celebration❤️

Last week, community members came out to take charge of their health through free HIV testing and health education💙 These photos highlight just some of the individuals who chose to know their status and prioritize their well-being.

Now, there's another opportunity to get tested — and it's happening on Friday.

Knowing your status is one of the most important steps you can take for your health. Early testing helps connect individuals to treatment and care, reduces stigma, and supports national efforts to end HIV transmission.
